The Decision Matrix

Hey Hey! Last week I was participating in the #jobhunt chat on Twitter and we were talking about how to choose the right job when dealing with two job offers and I put forward my theory on using a decision matrix. @jobsessed caught onto the theory and wanted a detailed explanation of what exactly is a decision matrix and how could it be used to help people decide between two jobs. So here’s a quick video about my Decision Matrix.
